CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Unfortunately due to the nature of our trade, short notice cancellations are extremely bad for our business survival and therefore we have to be strict in this regard. Please take cognisance of the following:

• Payment due in full on arrival

• Unexpected overnight guests will be charged accordingly. Right of admission is reserved

• If you cut short your stay for any reason, you will not be refunded for the nights previously paid for.
