CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We understand that plans can change. To help us manage reservations fairly, the following cancellation policy applies: 

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the booking. 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. 

• No-shows are non-refundable. 

• Should a guest choose to shorten their stay after check-in, unused nights already paid for are non-refundable.
