Long Stays
Staying for 7 nights or more? Long-stay rates are negotiable. Please contact us directly to discuss a rate based on the length of your stay.
Payment
Payment is due in full on arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Payments can also be made securely via PayNow.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage reservations fairly, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Should a guest choose to shorten their stay after check-in, unused nights already paid for are non-refundable.
Occupancy & Additional Guests
Each apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests.
All overnight guests must be declared as part of the reservation. Additional guests, where permitted within the maximum occupancy, may be charged at the applicable rate.
